CQC find health services fail to protect children

The Care Quality Commission has said there are serious shortcomings in the ability of local areas to identify those at risk of harm in a review of how well health services safeguard children. Not Seen, Not Heard calls for healthcare professionals to do more to listen to children and engage them in their own care.
