Domestic abuse factsheets published

The Domestic Abuse Bill 2019 has been introduced in Parliament. Ahead of the legislation being passed, the Government has published a series of factsheets containing details of the measures in the Domestic Abuse Bill 2019, and explaining why they are needed and what impact they will have. The factsheets include: ‘Statutory definition of domestic abuse’, ‘Domestic abuse protection notices/orders’ and ‘Mandatory polygraph tests’.
