Children’s social care reform: a vision for change

British government has outlined it’s reform programme for children’s social care services in England over the next five years. The document outlines the overarching reform vision around three areas: people and leadership; practices and systems; and governance and accountability. It acts as a precursor to the government’s full children’s social care strategy, which will be published in the coming months.
