Information sharing guidance updated

The Government has updated its guidance on information sharing for practitioners providing safeguarding services to children, young people, parents and carers. The guidance has been updated to reflect the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection 2018, and it supersedes the 2015 version of the guidance. ‘Seven golden rules to sharing information’ are included in the document, as well as a ‘Myth-busting guide’.
