Survey on the effectiveness of written agreements

Community Care is asking for views on the written agreements that are a common part of social work practice. It comes after Ofsted inspections, serious case reviews and peer reviews over the last year questioned their use, saying they place an emphasis on victims to manage their own safety in domestic abuse cases. The survey asks question around how these agreements are being used, and whether they help safeguard children and families.
